Account Manager - Full-Time In Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and nurture productive relationships to create a diverse client base from various sources.
  • Evaluate the needs of new clients and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Design marketing initiatives and promote new insurance offerings, while also suggesting enhancements to existing policies.
  • Work collaboratively with agents to establish and achieve marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to success.
  • Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of various insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, health, etc.).
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to meet objectives and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of presenting, influencing, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Have experience in providing client-focused solutions and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Show enthusiasm, clarity, and professionalism in communication.
  • Be ambitious, resilient, and energized by new challenges.
  • Exhibit a willingness and eagerness to learn new concepts quickly.
