Insurance Account Manager - Full-Time In Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain productive relationships to create a pipeline of potential clients from various sources.
- Evaluate the needs of new business or individual clients and recommend appropriate protection plans that meet their needs.
- Design marketing strategies and promote various new insurance policies, while also suggesting enhancements to existing ones.
- Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to success.
- Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all types of insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, health, etc.).
- Show proven ability to work towards targets and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of presenting, influencing, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Have experience in providing client-focused solutions and fostering long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, clarity, and effectiveness in communication.
- Be ambitious, resilient, and energized by new challenges.
- Display a willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts.
