Description
Northwest Respiratory Services is thrilled to welcome an Experienced Client Payment Coordinator to our dynamic team at our Eagan, MN office. We are seeking a talented individual to manage customer accounts with a focus on ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive client relationships. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun and collaborative group atmosphere, with long-standing clients.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. No nights or weekends.

Job Duties
- Work closely with clients to manage and maintain their accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any billing inquiries or concerns.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with our long-standing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor and process payments, track overdue accounts, and implement appropriate collection strategies to ensure financial obligations are met.
- Thoroughly review daily billing submissions before electronic processing at night, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage daily task lists, emails, and voicemails diligently, maintaining a high level of organization and responsiveness.
- Review and understand medical policies for assigned payers, promptly reporting billing trends and changes to the manager. Work collaboratively within the team to meet individual and departmental goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of various insurance contracts and payers, staying updated on any changes. Effectively utilize Brightree software for efficient billing processes.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Education/Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in collections is required
- High school degree is required. Associate degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school is preferred.
