Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate life insurance production activities and outcomes within designated agencies to identify trends and achieve growth targets for Life policies and associated premiums.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of market strategies and initiatives, either independently or collaboratively.
  • Act as the main liaison for agencies, their support teams, and clients to enhance relationships regarding Life Insurance products and procedures.
  • Advocate for the overall value proposition of the company and drive positive results.
  • Employ consultative techniques to educate and train on products, services, concepts, and technologies to meet objectives.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required.
  • Experience in direct sales, sales leadership, and life insurance wholesaling is preferred.

Educational Background

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A valid MN State life insurance license is required.
  • Preferred securities licenses include Series 6, 63, and/or 26 (or comparable).
