Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to cultivate and nurture relationships within the Civil and water/wastewater construction industry. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Construction industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth
  • Give presentations to showcase company services
  • Act as an advisor to clients, providing guidance and solutions
  • Manage a high volume of leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the construction industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
