Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to cultivate and nurture relationships within the Civil and water/wastewater construction industry. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a knack for building trust, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Construction industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth
- Give presentations to showcase company services
- Act as an advisor to clients, providing guidance and solutions
- Manage a high volume of leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
- Collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
