Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned B2B sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with business owners and C-level executives to drive new business and grow key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of verifiable account management and new business development experience
- Previous temporary staffing experience and/or 5 years of sales management experience in a service industry
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related course of study required
