Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Employbridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our market share through new business development and sales opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospects and existing clients
  • Cold calling to create interest in our services and generate new business leads
  • Manage client relationships and drive the entire sales cycle
  • Engage in pre-call research and planning to gain insights into customer needs and priorities
  • Build relationships with potential clients at multiple levels
  • Provide consultative account management and post-sales support

Requirements:

  • Staffing or transportation background preferred
  • Demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Fearless, persistent, and motivated
