Job Summary

Graco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales territory, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow our sales territory, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including pricing strategies, sales promotions, and product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and trade show participation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a territory sales management role.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop plans to address areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
