Job Description:

The Territory Sales Manager is a key role in driving sales growth and revenue within assigned territories. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Orthodontists and their professional and clinical teams
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and preferences, and to provide solutions that meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use that information to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Provide timely and effective response to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of related industry experience, including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management
  • Ability to travel with 30% overnight
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business and territory planning
  • Proven effective verbal, computer, written and presentation/communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability of critical and agile thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, or Dynamics
Target Market Salary Range:

$96,200 - $144,300

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
