Territory Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Fpg, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing and managing client relationships within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, understanding their specific financing needs and providing customized loan products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
  • Closely work with clients to consistently close deals and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Able to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend trade shows when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license.
