Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at The Hunton Group. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales relationships with residential HVAC owners, self-servicing end users, and commercial contractors in the Houston metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent and sell Trane HVAC equipment to residential and light commercial contractors.
  • Assist Trane contractors in improving the profitability of their business through systematic implementation of business plans.
  • Find, onboard, and guide new customers to become Trane Dealers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers on Trane equipment and basic application information.
  • Attend sales meetings and monthly sales reviews to track progress with management.
  • Maintain records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests.
  • Collaborate on all applicable team projects.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Basic HVAC application knowledge (load calculation and basic airflow).
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
  • In-home retail selling experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma; College degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of related sales experience.
