Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at The Hunton Group. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales relationships with residential HVAC owners, self-servicing end users, and commercial contractors in the Houston metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent and sell Trane HVAC equipment to residential and light commercial contractors.
- Assist Trane contractors in improving the profitability of their business through systematic implementation of business plans.
- Find, onboard, and guide new customers to become Trane Dealers.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers on Trane equipment and basic application information.
- Attend sales meetings and monthly sales reviews to track progress with management.
- Maintain records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests.
- Collaborate on all applicable team projects.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Basic HVAC application knowledge (load calculation and basic airflow).
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
- In-home retail selling experience is a plus.
- High school diploma; College degree preferred.
- 2+ years of related sales experience.
