Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Sales Representative to join our team at our corporate office in Bentonville, AR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for researching leads, converting opportunities through sales and marketing calls, and providing freight solutions to shippers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of prospective clients through lead research and qualification
  • Convert leads to opportunities through sales and marketing calls, leveraging your negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Provide tailored freight solutions to meet the needs of shippers, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation
  • Manage client accounts to maintain and build strong relationships, driving repeat business and referrals
Requirements
  • Previous transportation brokerage/sales experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management, or web-based software programs
  • Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships and a strong customer-centric approach
