Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, employees, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
  • Collaborate with the studio management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven sales leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
  • Passion for health and wellness, with a strong understanding of the fitness industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
