Job Summary

XD Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality counseling and therapy services to individuals, groups, and families. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the mental well-being and quality of life of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Trusting Relationships

Build strong, empathetic relationships with patients, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.

Diagnose and Treat Mental Health Disorders

Accurately diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.

Provide Counseling and Therapy Services

Lead therapy sessions, empowering patients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in their lives.

Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for our patients.

Requirements
  • Education and Certifications

A Master's degree from an accredited school in social work, psychology, or counseling, and a valid independent clinical license from the State of Washington (LCSW, LMHT, LMHC).

Experience and Skills

Proven experience in mental health therapy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

XD Health offers a fee-for-service model, with pay periods from the 1st to the 13th and the 14th to the end of the month, with monthly paydays on the 15th. The fee for service for outpatient therapy is $100 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Additionally, we offer an onboarding stipend, annual training stipend, and 100% reimbursement on approved items such as therapy posting boards.
