We are a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy services, with a network of over 1200 clinics across the country. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Tacoma, Washington.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based treatment to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one patient care, developing and implementing treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in physical therapy
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
