The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is a vital position in our healthcare team, providing exceptional patient care and support to our clinical staff. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of clinical tasks, including vital signs, injections, and EKGs, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare practitioner.
- Assist with front office duties, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling patient paperwork.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent customer service.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) certification.
- Minimum one year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility.
