Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Comprehensive Life Resources. As a key member of our Adult Residential Treatment Facility, you will play a vital role in providing residential services to adults with serious mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and guidance to residents to enhance their self-care skills, independence, and social skills.
  • Develop and implement activities that promote community adjustment and milieu adjustment.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to provide clinical treatment and supportive services.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment that promotes resident well-being.
  • Participate in team meetings and activities to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the facility.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work with mentally ill individuals and provide empathetic support.
  • WA State credential/license.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license and proof of insurance.
