About the Team

Enterprise Platforms Technology is a critical component of Capital One's infrastructure. We establish best practices for building technology solutions across the company, while delivering capabilities that exemplify those practices. As a Director of Technical Program Management, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance our Delivery Experience. Your role will involve overseeing complex technical projects, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, leveraging your expertise in program management and technical acumen to drive transformative initiatives that propel Capital One's delivery capabilities forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact projects that drive business value and improve our Delivery Experience
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Oversee complex technical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Align cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience managing technical programs
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in building scalable platforms, products, or services
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and drive well-educated decisions
