Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical programs from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and lead a team of technical program managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Communicate technical program status and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Drive business outcomes by leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience managing technical programs, with a strong background in software development and technical leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and with high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical expertise, with experience in cloud computing, distributed systems, and agile delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
