Director of Technical Program Management

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Technical Program Management to lead our Site Reliability Engineering team. As a key member of our Enterprise product and platform organization, you will be responsible for driving large-scale enterprise initiatives in the data management and engineering space.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership, providing valuable insights and recommendations that guide technology-based decisions.
- Develop and execute technical program management strategies to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and architects, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team, leveraging industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve.
- Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers, empowering them to power real-time, intelligent experiences for our customers and associates.
- At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
- Strong technical backgrounds, ideally building highly scalable data platforms, products, or services.
- Hands-on data analytics experience building reports and KPIs.
- Experience building and leading a team of technical program managers.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering and Observability.
- 7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
- 5+ years of experience with data analytics or machine learning.
- 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services and architecture (AWS).
- 5+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
- 5+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs.
