Patient Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Support Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service and accurate information management for patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Handle high-volume calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, meeting or exceeding service level goals.
- Accurately capture and update information in our systems.
- Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients' medications as needed.
- Schedule treatments to be sent to patients or their healthcare providers.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with medical and/or pharmaceutical terminology preferred.
- Experience handling high-volume calls required.
