Responsibilities- Provide inbound and outbound telephone support to patients and healthcare providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately capture information and update systems to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Investigate and resolve issues that cannot be resolved at the time of the initial call, following through until resolution.
- Provide first call resolution where possible, demonstrating the ability to triage or escalate calls when necessary.
- Respond to program inquiries from patients, authorized representatives, healthcare providers, patient advocates, and caregivers in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Report adverse events/product complaint inquiries received in accordance with standard operating procedures and current good manufacturer practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical school training in a related field preferred.
- Two years of work experience in a customer service or customer-focused role, with a proven ability to provide consistently high-quality service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse group of patients, healthcare providers, and caregivers.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
