We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Support Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring timely and accurate communication and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient and healthcare provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately capture and update patient information in our systems.
  • Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients' medications as needed.
  • Schedule treatments to be sent to patients or their healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with medical and/or pharmaceutical terminology preferred.
  • Experience handling high-volume calls required.
