The Senior Supply Chain Manager at Tandym Group is responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise solutions. This role ensures that our enterprise applications and software align with the overarching business goals. The individual will coordinate and direct all activities related to the development and management of internal applications that enhance operational efficiency and support the growth of our collectibles division.

This position also involves supporting the integration of existing and new applications in line with business objectives, including M&A planning. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support optimal technology solutions for our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the operations and strategic planning of SCM and ERP applications, capturing business requirements and managing resources effectively.
  • Evaluate current enterprise solutions to design a future roadmap, which may include rationalizing existing solutions or implementing new ones.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of enterprise software, data management, and reporting systems through a skilled team.
  • Communicate project milestones and resource allocations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze application performance to determine operational costs and productivity levels, recommending necessary improvements.
  • Establish best practices frameworks for the support and sustainability of enterprise applications.
  • Develop justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT initiatives and spending.
  • Manage relationships between internal IT resources, business units, vendors, and partners to foster collaboration.
  • Oversee financial budgets and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide leadership on enterprise technology, guiding policy and standards.
  • Work with leadership to proactively identify needs and resolve issues, ensuring solutions align with business outcomes.
  • Lead M&A migration efforts related to enterprise applications.
  • Manage cross-functional project implementations, ensuring clarity on success measures and addressing any roadblocks.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Conduct compliance checks and document findings for operational integrity.
  • Train and develop the technology team, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
  • Supervise recruitment and development of the Applications staff in line with budgetary objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, finance, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations and business processes.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP platforms, particularly Oracle Fusion.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, financial systems, and reporting structures.
  • Understanding of application architecture, databases, and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to maintain budgetary control.
  • Demonstrated leadership and effective management of technology projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
