The Senior Supply Chain Manager at Tandym Group will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of our Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise solutions. This role ensures that our logistics applications and software align with business goals, facilitating the growth of our collectibles sector.
This position involves planning, coordinating, and directing all activities related to the development and management of internal applications that enhance operational efficiency. The Senior Manager will also support the current Oracle EBS solution and lead the transition to Oracle Fusion for both domestic and international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct SCM and ERP operations, including capturing business requirements and managing resources effectively.
- Evaluate current enterprise solutions to design a roadmap for future enhancements, including the rationalization of existing systems and the implementation of new solutions.
- Oversee the management and optimization of enterprise software, data management, and reporting systems through a skilled team.
- Define and communicate project milestones, service level agreements, and resource allocations to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze application performance to assess operating costs and productivity, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Establish best practices frameworks for the support and sustainability of enterprise applications.
- Develop business case justifications and conduct cost/benefit analyses for IT initiatives.
- Manage relationships between internal IT resources, business units, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee financial budgets and resource allocation, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide leadership regarding enterprise technology, vendor management, and policy standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to proactively identify needs and resolve issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
- Lead M&A migration efforts related to enterprise applications.
- Manage cross-functional project implementations, ensuring clarity on success measures and addressing any roadblocks.
- Negotiate and manage vendor and consultant contracts.
- Conduct compliance checks and document findings for continuous improvement.
- Train and develop the technology team, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
- Supervise recruitment and development of the Applications staff in alignment with budgetary goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations and business processes.
- Experience with large-scale ERP platforms, preferably Oracle Fusion.
- Strong understanding of ERP, enterprise applications, and reporting systems.
- Proficient in application architecture, database management, and SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate at all levels, from strategic planning to execution.
