As a Senior TPM, you will be responsible for building and leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of supply chain optimization solutions, leveraging data analytics and machine learning techniques to drive business insights and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop scalable and reliable software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects and programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, with a focus on supply chain optimization and software development.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project plans.
- 3+ years of software development experience, with a focus on data analytics and machine learning.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
