The Senior Supply Chain Manager at Tandym will be responsible for overseeing the operational management and strategic development of our Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Logistics applications. This role is crucial in ensuring that our enterprise applications align with the overarching business goals.

This position involves planning, coordinating, and directing all initiatives related to the development and management of internal applications that enhance operational efficiency and support the scalability of our collectibles business. The Senior Manager will also play a key role in supporting the current Oracle EBS solution and facilitating the transition to Oracle Fusion across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct operations and strategic planning for SCM and ERP applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate existing enterprise solutions to design a roadmap for future enhancements, including the potential for rationalizing or insourcing solutions.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of enterprise software, data management, and reporting systems through a skilled team.
  • Establish and communicate project milestones and service level agreements to stakeholders.
  • Analyze the performance of supported applications to assess operating costs and productivity, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Provide guidance on best practices frameworks for the sustainability of enterprise applications.
  • Develop justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT initiatives.
  • Manage relationships between internal IT resources, business units, and external vendors.
  • Oversee financial budgets and stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead efforts to identify and resolve technology needs in collaboration with leadership.
  • Drive M&A migration efforts related to enterprise applications.
  • Manage cross-functional IT projects, ensuring clarity in success measures and risk management.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Conduct compliance checks and document findings with detailed reports.
  • Lead and develop the technology team to foster growth and innovative solutions.
  • Supervise recruitment and development of the Applications staff in line with budgetary objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, finance, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT operations and business processes.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP platforms, particularly Oracle Fusion.
  • Knowledge of application architecture and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with budget management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and effective project management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
