The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Risk Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Supplier Management Risk Management and Internal Governance.

This role is essential in addressing complex supply chain challenges and ensuring compliance within the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the formulation and execution of strategies to mitigate risks associated with distressed suppliers.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Enterprise Credit Risk, Supply Chain, and Finance, to assess and respond to potential supplier distress signals.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of financial data, including debt levels, ownership structures, and inventory metrics.
  • Review contracts to identify key terms and potential exit strategies.
  • Develop and communicate risk mitigation strategies and their implications across all organizational levels.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across functions related to financial risk monitoring.
  • Create standardized processes and metrics for tracking risk management activities.

This position requires compliance with Export Control regulations, necessitating that candidates meet the definition of a "U.S. Person" as outlined by applicable laws.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in material cost management, supply chain analysis, or finance.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in teaching and mentoring others.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of risk identification and mitigation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience in cross-functional project analysis.
