Supply Chain Management Senior Manager

Brix Holdings, LLC is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management. This pivotal position will oversee the Company's Supply Chain and Procurement processes across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

· Initiate and manage requests for quotes and proposals, carefully analyzing pricing from potential vendors. Source and procure necessary goods while adhering to budgetary constraints.

· Collaborate with quality assurance and food safety teams to assess supplier quality, reliability, and their capacity to meet delivery timelines.

  • Oversee the coordination of all functions related to purchasing, planning, warehousing, and material control, from forecasting replenishment needs to delivering finished products to inventory or directly to restaurants.

· Provide guidance on standard operating agreements with both new and existing suppliers, emphasizing supply chain resilience.

· Serve as the primary relationship manager for franchisees and distributor partners.

· Collect, manage, and analyze supplier benchmarks and scorecards to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Engage in product planning processes to ensure timely procurement of materials for new menu launches.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to support the execution of supply chain initiatives and special projects.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies, including supplier contracts, routing protocols, issue resolution, and cost management.
  • Willingness to travel for work purposes, up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics.

· Minimum of five years of progressive experience in the Food and Beverage sector.

· Logistics experience is advantageous.

· Proven ability to foster relationships with franchisees and distributors while promoting departmental success.

· Capacity to remain tactful, composed, and persuasive in various situations.

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

· Comprehensive understanding of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.

· Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to spend extended periods seated at a desk or driving.

· Capability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.

· Completion of a full background check is required.

· Valid Driver's License is mandatory.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
