Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Procurement and Supply Chain to lead and optimize our procurement activities. This role will be critical in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the organization secures optimal pricing and agreement terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Establish and implement procurement processes and procedures to create a scalable and efficient procurement process.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with LTK stakeholders, including Finance, IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and other relevant departments to ensure procurement activities are aligned with organizational goals and budgetary/regulatory requirements.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations for high-value contracts with vendors, ensuring favorable terms align with the organization's needs and budgetary requirements.
  • Contract Renewals: Monitor existing contracts to ensure proactive and timely renewals at the best possible pricing and terms.
  • Vendor Selection: Serve as the subject matter expert in the vendor selection processes, evaluating bids, and maintaining a healthy pool of value-added resellers.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact with key vendors, fostering strong relationships to secure optimal pricing and adhere to agreed-upon service levels.
  • SaaS Audits: Regularly audit existing software (SaaS) solutions to identify overlaps in functionality, encouraging the use of existing tools when possible to optimize the utilization of existing investments.
  • SaaS Governance: Oversee governance of existing SaaS tools and spending, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and budgetary requirements.
  • Cost Optimization: Continuously seek cost savings and value maximization opportunities in procurement activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Skills: Proven experience in contract negotiations and vendor management. Strong understanding of procurement processes, best practices, and market trends. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., IronClad, Zip, Precoro, etc.). Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and vendor contracts.
