Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our team at Southern Industries Home Improvements. As an Outside Marketing Representative, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners in the field, driving brand awareness and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Canvass neighborhoods as part of a team, utilizing face-to-face communication skills to engage with potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service while promoting our services and products.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through aggressive lead generation and conversion.
- Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Competitive base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
- Uncapped commission structure for top performers
