Salary$55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
Job DescriptionThe Account Specialist role is responsible for building strong business relationships with our dealership partners to secure new and additional business. This key role will be responsible for utilizing sales and negotiation skills to make daily outbound calls to dealers, increasing the deal pipeline and providing information on the GLS dealer program.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize sales and negotiation skills to make 80-100 daily outbound calls to dealers to increase the deal pipeline and provide information on the GLS dealer program
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers and serve as a customer success partner
- Use strong customer service skills to answer incoming calls and inquiries from dealer partners regarding updates and active deals
- Work with dealer partners to collaborate and provide deal structure and decisions
- Ensure all updates and outreach are documented in CRM and the company's proprietary software
- Establish and track monthly purchase objectives for assigned dealers
- Provide support and assistance to the Funding team with documentation issues
