Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at Red Palmetto Associates, Inc. This is a hybrid role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily appointments with customers to discuss their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Open new accounts for our clients and upgrade existing accounts to increase revenue.
  • Lead daily Zoom meetings to discuss campaign strategies and provide training to colleagues.
  • Manage leads and follow up with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Notify customers of new products and services available in their area.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of customer-focused or sales experience.
  • An Associate's Degree or higher.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Competency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Training experience.
