Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for every client.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Spa Director and Spa Manager to enhance sales performance and achieve key objectives.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
  • Guide and mentor the front desk and sales team towards excellence.
  • Promote our memberships, products, and services with enthusiasm.
  • Handle administrative duties including reporting and cash management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Passionate: A genuine enthusiasm for customer service, a positive demeanor, and strong communication skills.
  • Flexible: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; experience with retail or appointment scheduling systems is advantageous.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Resourceful: Strong problem-solving skills, including effective conflict resolution. A quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Education: College-level experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Relevant fields include Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
  • Requirements: High School diploma required. Must be 18 years or older and able to work remotely and travel locally.
