The Spa Team Lead will be responsible for leading our team of spa professionals, ensuring that every guest receives a 5-star experience. This includes managing the team schedule, providing ongoing training and coaching, and driving sales and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage the team schedule, including requests and maximizing weekly schedules.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth through retail, gift card, and membership sales.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Motivate and drive the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure that all areas of the spa, including retail shelves, treatment rooms, and storage areas, are clean, tidy, and stocked.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Assist in the hiring process, including onboarding and modality training, ensuring that new team members meet Spavia's brand standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage retail product inventory and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Manage and record guest communications, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in spa operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time position with flexibility.
