We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Spa Reception Coordinator to enhance our guest experience at NFC Amenity Management. The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service and a comprehensive understanding of spa offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule spa appointments to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.
  • Effectively promote spa services and maintain in-depth knowledge of the spa menu to assist guests.
  • Help maintain an organized and tidy retail area.
  • Ensure lockers are stocked with necessary items and oversee the cleanliness of treatment rooms.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel staff to encourage spa usage among guests.
  • Uphold a friendly and professional environment for all visitors.

We seek an individual who thrives in a dynamic setting and can work independently. A welcoming demeanor and the ability to engage with guests are essential. The compensation for this role is $16.00 per hour, with shifts scheduled from 10am to 6pm on weekends.
