About the Role

As a Business Development Director at Apple, you will inspire teams to deliver experiences that build customer loyalty and guide the development of management talent. This complex and challenging role involves leading staff to maintain peak performance, often working side-by-side with them. With each store experiencing vigorous growth and constant change, you will continually refocus your teams on providing a quality experience for each customer at the Apple Store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze key metrics, including customer and employee feedback, to provide guidance for each store to achieve market goals.
  • Bridge the worlds of retail and corporate by combining executive vision with field execution to contribute to the future success of Apple.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $140,000-$180,000 based on industry standards and location. Apple offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
