Business Development Director Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director to join our team at CAFES UNLIMITED LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective management of our retail sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of our retail sales team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly results and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and think strategically.

Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year
