Sales Territory Manager

Arcic Compressor is expanding its presence in the municipal fire sector and seeks a skilled Sales Territory Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to address the unique needs and challenges of each customer.
Main Responsibilities- To develop targeted sales strategies to meet customers' specific requirements.
- Pursue sales opportunities for high-value equipment, emphasizing their value as long-term capital investments.
- Foster strong relationships within the municipal fire sector, providing expert advice and support to customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales activities and enhance collaboration with internal teams.
- Attend industry events and networking meetings to promote Arctic Compressor, engage with customers, and drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated success in technical sales, especially with high-value, long-cycle equipment.
- Strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial; prior experience in firefighting or fire equipment sales is advantageous.
- Proven experience selling to state, local, and government agencies is highly valued.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern office software.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time as required.
Our compensation package is designed to incentivize top performers. Successful sales professionals in this role can earn substantial incomes, directly tied to their performance. We offer a competitive salary range and additional performance-based incentives.
Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $230,000 per year
