About the Job
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent insurance agents and brokers, providing them with exceptional service and support to meet or exceed state, territory, and account-level business plans. Your key objectives will include meeting or exceeding expected revenue and profitability goals, ensuring agent quality, and promoting all incentives and promotions. You will also be responsible for demonstrating a complete understanding of Bluefire's products and systems, including market awareness and competitor analysis. Additionally, you will continuously source and recommend new appointments, work with field training to onboard new agents, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a designated territory, ensuring that agents meet or exceed business plans
• Provide best-in-class service to agents, addressing their needs and concerns
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Bluefire's products and systems, including market trends and competitor analysis
• Continuously source and recommend new appointments to drive growth and profitability
• Work closely with field training to onboard new agents and ensure alignment with Bluefire's expected quality and processes
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including calls, visits, and other activity
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to bond with agents, and a proven track record of overcoming objections. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and relevant industry experience is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required. We value bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, but they are not mandatory. The salary for this role is estimated to be between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on location and performance.
