Sales Territory Manager

The Pilot Company is seeking a talented Sales Representative to drive business growth and development across various territories. This role involves building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and growth
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Deliver high-quality sales presentations to secure new business and expand existing relationships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two years of telemarketing sales experience or three years of telesales experience
