Territory Manager

We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our sales team in Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a sales team within an assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to establish strong business relationships, increase brand recognition, and drive revenue growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent management and motivation skills, as well as a proven track record in direct-to-door sales. You will be required to build a book of business through report building and question-based selling. We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary $45,000-$90,000, commissions/bonus opportunities, quarterly all-inclusive incentive trips, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits program.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience in the door-to-door industry, a 4-year degree or 2-year associate's degree, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. They must also be able to relocate to Texas and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
