Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience in the sports equipment industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals within the assigned territory.
  • BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our product line and effectively communicating features and benefits to customers.
  • Providing regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.

You will also work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotional strategies.
