Regional Sales Director

At Peter Paul Electronics Co., Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our regional territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales growth and revenue expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
- Provide sales forecasting and reporting to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
