Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the refractory metals industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors in the refractory metals industry.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in targeted industries.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and leveraging existing connections.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  6. Develop a deep understanding of our refractory metals, their applications, and unique value propositions to effectively communicate with clients.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical information to prospective clients.
  8. Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring favorable agreements for both the company and the client.
  9. Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and marketing effectiveness to the leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but relevant market experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years in the Audio Visual (A/V) Industry is desired.
  • Prior experience in a hunting/business development capacity is required.
  • Technical acumen/familiarity with A/V equipment and solutions is necessary.
  • Strategic sales and ability to think on your feet are essential.
  • Ability to present to clients and close deals is crucial.
