Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the refractory metals industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors in the refractory metals industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in targeted industries.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and leveraging existing connections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop a deep understanding of our refractory metals, their applications, and unique value propositions to effectively communicate with clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical information to prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring favorable agreements for both the company and the client.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and marketing effectiveness to the leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but relevant market experience will be considered.
- 5+ years in the Audio Visual (A/V) Industry is desired.
- Prior experience in a hunting/business development capacity is required.
- Technical acumen/familiarity with A/V equipment and solutions is necessary.
- Strategic sales and ability to think on your feet are essential.
- Ability to present to clients and close deals is crucial.
- $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + ability to make commission and bonus on sales.
