Marketing Manager Job Description

At Thermo King Northeast, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, as well as experience in managing a team and working across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Lead the marketing team in creating and deploying effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including website, email, social media, direct mail, retargeting, print, and other digital channels.

Manage the communication and marketing calendar development to deploy marketing campaign assets across multiple channels.

Work closely with the senior team to produce and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that builds the Thermo King Northeast brand and improves SEO ranking.

Expertise in creating and deploying email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, email automated programs, and precise reporting, analytics, and attribution.

Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, creating shareable content appropriate for specific products to spread both our brand and our content.

Work with the internal technology team to establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

Requirements:

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Five years of digital marketing experience.

A proven track record of growing sales, profit, and customers.

Direct management experience and a proven track record of working across a cross-functional team.

Ability to develop and execute marketing budgets.

Experience managing agencies and coordinating with outside partners.

A process for developing customer insights based on research and testing.

Experience optimizing customer journey and conversion to create higher sales and repeat purchases.

Experience in Google Analytics and digital dashboards is required.
