Job Description

The Rockridge Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our local sales team and drive revenue growth in the media industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targeted revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a market sales growth strategy and execution plan.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the local sales team to achieve sales revenue goals.
  • Be the face of the company and own responsibility for client satisfaction.
  • Administer weekly sales meetings to inspire the team and disseminate key information.
  • Cooperate with and communicate corporate-wide business development strategies to the local team.
  • Ensure all business policies and practices are followed to the highest standard.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years proven industry experience with a demonstrated track record of successful revenue ownership and team development.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with all levels of employees, management, and C-suite executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, presentation and influencing skills, and a high level of integrity.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of CRM software.
