Role Overview:

As a Product Owner specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and implement state-of-the-art ML/AI solutions. Your focus will be on understanding business needs, quantifying resources, and evaluating technical solutions that drive AI-powered insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and develop use cases for ML/AI product roadmaps.
  • Organize and facilitate internal meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and documentation processes are maintained, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Articulate a clear product vision for ML/AI initiatives to both the development team and stakeholders.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product development cycle, focusing on continuous enhancement of AI models.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate risks, improvements, impacts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in application development, data analytics, or machine learning projects, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Expertise in developing business and technical requirements for ML/AI product roadmaps.
  • Experience in leading Scrum ceremonies and promoting Agile best practices.
  • Proficient in using JIRA and ADO for backlog management and story grooming.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud solutions and experience with cloud modernization projects on platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, or Finance is preferred.
