Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of talented engineers to develop world-class products.
  • Collaborate with clients to create product requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Design and develop 3D models, drawings, and prototypes.
  • Assemble and test prototypes to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering and product development.

Requirements:

  • Full-time position.
  • Must be willing to commute to our home office in Indianapolis, IN.
  • Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering and product development.
  • Proven track record of leading projects from concept to launch.
  • Proficient in Solidworks and other relevant design tools.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience designing electromechanical products.
  • Understanding of design controls for medical devices.
